We honor our cattle even unto death, always making sure to "do right by them". Their deaths are quick, painless, and stress-free; while being performed with dignity and respect. Our stress-free field harvest means a peaceful harvest which honors the life of each cow and produces a much better tasting, incredibly tender meat. Is it a less efficient route compared to slaughterhouses and industrial packing plants? Yes! We take on the stress instead of our cattle, and dedicate entire days (with years planning in advance) to carefully field harvest our cattle. We professionally harvest our cattle from a distance with one lethal gunshot to the forehead. We wait for the absolute perfect shot, while the unassuming cattle experience a happy, painless, and instantaneous end to life in their natural habitat. Our professional butcher team then jumps in to help skin, gut, and quarter the harvested cattle in a sanitary refrigerated straight truck. The quartered beef carcasses are then transported to hang and age at our partnered butcher shop (Prem Meats), until the beef is ready to be cut for customized bulk beef orders. The customized beef orders are then boxed and labeled, and deeply frozen before pick up.
